the perfect skincare routine

the perfect skincare routine

long-term benefits of your skincare routine

Healthy, radiant skin is no accident – but rather the result of three crucial factors:

1. the right products

Tailored to your individual skin needs

2. the correct order

So that your skin can benefit maximally from the active ingredients

3. regular use

Because consistency is the key to visible results

the correct order of your facial skincare products

We know that with the large number of products on the market, it can sometimes be difficult to keep track. That's why we've put together a basic routine for you, which you can expand and adapt depending on your skin type and skin condition.

Tip: Always apply your skincare products from thinnest to thickest. This allows lightweight textures to optimally penetrate the skin before you seal them in with richer products.

#step 1 & 2 • cleansing, toning & exfoliation

Every skincare routine should start with a facial cleanse. It doesn't matter whether you use a cleansing foam, a cleansing mousse, or a cleansing cream. This way, you free your skin from all deposits, loose skin flakes, sweat, or make-up residues and prepare it for subsequent products.

After cleansing, you can clarify your face with a facial toner to complete the cleansing. A toner also removes the last traces of dirt from your skin and can also balance your skin's pH value.

After the toner, you can optionally incorporate a peeling. Generally, it is sufficient to exfoliate your skin once or twice a week; more frequent use risks drying out your skin. A peel can gently remove dead skin cells and give your skin an instantly smooth feeling.

Tip: If you use a chemical peel, we recommend incorporating it into your evening routine. This is because such peels can often make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.

#step 3 • serum & ampoule concentrates

Serums and ampoule concentrates provide your skin with concentrated active ingredient power. Their light texture allows your skin to absorb the contained active ingredients particularly well and then release them to the deeper layers.

Ampoules are ideal for acute intensive care or an immediate effect. You can use them as a 7-day treatment or as a supplement to your skincare routine. Ampoules always pursue a specific care goal: For example, they can give dry skin an extra boost of moisture, supply mature skin with anti-aging active ingredients, or support blemished skin in combating pimples.

Serums, on the other hand, are a Daily Essential – they do not aim for immediate effects but rather for long-term results. They can therefore work over a longer period and help your skin to improve sustainably. Depending on their composition, they can also support various skin needs.

Tip: If you want to integrate both a serum and an ampoule into your routine, always apply the ampoule first.

#step 4 • eye care

The skin around our eyes is particularly thin and sensitive, which is why it requires targeted care. To give it exactly what it needs, an eye cream or eye gel can be integrated into your daily skincare routine. It can:

  • give the skin an extra boost of moisture,
  • reduce dark circles and treat puffiness,
  • prevent signs of skin aging,
  • smooth fine lines.

they differ

Eye cream and eye gel primarily in their moisture content and the resulting texture.

eye cream

  • Creamy, firmer texture
  • Particularly rich in formulation
  • Can plump up the eye contour and significantly reduce wrinkles

eyelid

  • Gel-like, more fluid texture
  • Especially rich in moisture, with little fat
  • Can moisturize the eye area and
reduce signs of stress and fatigue

Tip: For an extra boost of freshness, you can also store your eye gel in the refrigerator. This way, the products develop an extra cooling effect.

#step 5 • care

To conclude your skincare routine, a moisturizer or care fluid intensively hydrates your skin, locks in previously applied active ingredients, and strengthens the natural skin barrier.

Depending on the product and skincare goal, the cream can also

  • smooth your skin,
  • protect your skin from free radicals,
  • improve your skin's elasticity, or
  • provide your skin with active ingredients such as vitamin C, niacinamide, or special peptides.

Each of our series has its own properties tailored to specific skin needs. For example, our hyaluron⁵ series specializes in providing your skin with intensive hydration. Our collagen series, on the other hand, can stimulate natural collagen synthesis and thus improve elasticity.

You can always find out which properties a series offers on the individual product pages. This way, our products can give your skin exactly what it needs.

additional care steps

sun protection factor (SPF)

UV rays surround us all year round – so good UV protection should be an essential part of your skincare routine. A good sun protection factor (LSF or SPF) can, if used correctly, act as an invisible shield for your skin by extending the skin's self-protection time.

Daily sun protection, in the form of a sunscreen or a day cream with integrated sun protection factor, can therefore

  • keep your skin healthy, even and radiant,
  • protect against UVA and UVB rays,
  • protect against premature skin aging and slow down the development of pigment spots.

We therefore recommend always completing your daily morning routine with a sun protection factor.

masks

If you want to do something good for your skin, you can incorporate a face mask into your skincare routine 2-3 times a week. Whether moisturizing, clarifying, or soothing – masks are the perfect addition to address specific skin needs. Ideally, use masks after exfoliation so that the active ingredients can be absorbed particularly well by your skin.

Tip: You can also wear our masks as an overnight mask to give your skin an extra boost. The extended application time allows your skin to absorb the active ingredients particularly well. Simply apply a thinner layer of the mask. The next morning, you can start your skincare routine as usual.

Systematic skincare works long-term and visibly.

With the right order, the right products for you, and a bit of patience and consistency, your skincare routine will become a true self-care ritual, and your skin will thank you with radiance, balance, and an extra glow.
